The large amounts of Panax Ginseng In both of the formulas below are from premium roots at least 4-6 years old and wild propagated. (Not wild but grown on hillsides in China where wild ginseng was found then re-harvested from first genaration wild seed) - It is the next best thing to wild and does not cost a fortune!

There are a few tonic formulas that would fall under the term, "General Health", but perhaps the single most important “key word” or factor would be longevity. Fortunately when you use long life as the target with Chinese Tonic Herbs, it does not create a “Zombie” or anything, in fact very much the opposite!

With the Chinese Tonic Herb formulas for longevity comes healthy skin, good eyesight, healthy teeth, healthy brain, hair, even high sexual energy throughout older age. Sexual energy is toned up because the jing is toned up. The jing is the essence of our reproductive and development channels and within it is birth life and our physical development. The Jing is toned up because the Yin and Yang factors of the kidneys are toned up.

Li Ching Shou Wu:

This formula is based on the four herbs that we know Li Ching Yun consumed regularly; Gou Qi Zi (Chinese Wolfberry), He Shou Wu (Polygonum multiflorum), Panix Ginseng, and Ji Xue Cao or "Gotu Kola" as some people know it as. It also has a little Dang Gui and Gan Cao (Licorice root) as a Blood Mover and "Harmonizer". We know Li Ching Yun used these with most tonic herbal combinations.

This formula is somewhat like Long Healthy Life (Below) in the fact that Long Healthy Life shares the first three herbs mentioned here. It does not have all the “Jing” building herbs for sexual energy but the large amounts of the first three herbs will help with that. The addition of the herb, “Gotu Kola” makes this also good for the mind and helps you keep alert, mentally clear, and most importantly, even tempered. Being even tempered or keeping a “Quiet Heart” and not getting upset was according to Li Ching Yun, his biggest secret to longevity.

The large amounts of warming, energizing Panix Ginseng are cooled by the Wolfberries making this safe for anyone.

The large amount of He Shou Wu is an incredible blood, liver, and kidney tonic proven to actually reverse the aging process of gray hair. (Usually within 6 months) He Shou Wu roughly translated means, “He’s Black Hair”
