There are a few tonic formulas that would fall under the term, "General Health", but perhaps the single most important “key word” or factor would be longevity. Fortunately when you use long life as the target with Chinese Tonic Herbs, it does not create a “Zombie” or anything, in fact very much the opposite!

Li Ching 
Shou Wu
This formula is based on the four herbs that we know Li Ching Yun consumed regularly; Gou Qi Zi (Chinese Wolfberry), He Shou Wu (Polygonum multiflorum), Panix Ginseng, and Ji Xue Cao or "Gotu Kola" as some people know it as. It also has a little Dang Gui and Gan Cao (Licorice root) as a Blood Mover and "Harmonizer". We know Li Ching Yun used these with most tonic herbal combinations.
The large amounts of warming, energizing Panix Ginseng are cooled by the wolfberries making this safe for anyone.
The large amount of He Shou Wu is an incredible blood, liver, and kidney tonic proven to actually reverse the aging process of gray hair. (Usually within 6 months) He Shou Wu roughly translated
means, “He’s Black Hair”
