My arthritis is getting worse and worse. I do not want to take pharmaceutical drugs. Do you know of anything?

Answer: First of all get at least 5 opinions from doctors and try to find one doctor that will at least except herbal medicine as a helpful adjacent. You must make all these decisions yourself! You can not let an herbalist (even me) or any medical doctor, for that mater; interfere with your own common sense. Do not let anyone intimidate you but at the same time listen to all the opinions and remember you are in charge of your health! Even if you know nothing, you will know a lot more after you talk to at least 5 doctors! Don’t panic! Just get educated as much as you can!
