We brought you a wonderful product from China in the form of these Chinese Exercise Balls! These are beautifully enameled steel balls with various designs Inlaid. These heavy metal balls are 1.3 -1.7 inches in diameter with a beautiful sounding bell like tone in each one. These can make the perfect gift!
We also have these balls in a polished stainless steel finish (Shown at rear-right in photo) They all come in a beautiful cloth covered box.

Each ball in every pair has a slightly different tone for a "musical" soothing sound and better control when exercising.
The two balls (Medium size shown) are rotated around each other in one hand (Often in both hands using two pairs) by moving the fingers. They are rotated both clockwise and counter-clockwise for circulating the chi to all parts of the body. This has been proven to be beneficial to the whole body or any part of the body, not just the hands! It moves the chi which then circulates through the whole body! Exellent for stress and even pain relife in many cases! However it is particularly good for carpal tunnel and mild arthritis of the fingers and hands!
